Ordering Information

If you are ready to order and know what you want, you are welcome to either email me, phone, or send in your order by mail. (Contact information is at the bottom of each web page).

For custom instruments, I need a deposit of 50% of the total price of the instrument.

Instruments listed as being in stock are subject to prior sale and I cannot guarantee availability. Please call or email for verification of availability before you send in an order for one of the in stock instruments.

Payment can be made by check or money order; I am not set up to accept credit cards at this time.

With every order, please be sure to include your name, mailing and shipping address and both a daytime and evening phone number in case I need to get in touch with you prior to shipping. I ship via UPS whenever possible so I need a street address. Please indicate if the shipping address is business or residential.

Shipping Charges: You will be billed actual shipping charges by invoice when the instrument ships to you. The invoice will be attached to the outside of the shipping carton.

Questions: If you have questions, please call anytime between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays, Pacific time. I can't always get to the phone but I'll try and call you back within 24 hours if you leave a message and a good time for me to return your call.

Guarantee: I stand behind the workmanship and materials on the instruments I build. Given care and and the proper environment for an acoustic instrument, these instruments should last a lifetime or longer. I warranty my workmanship and materials for as long as I'm able to fix or repair the item; wear and damage due to player's usage, improper environment or other factors beyond my control are not covered. If you have a problem with one of my instruments I want to know about it and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
